sThis week is an exciting one on many fronts. To begin, the cover is done for Luza. There is the adapted picture on the Luza book information page and the entire piece of art is displayed on the home page as well. Margaret Fanco, who you can find as Teratiger on Instagram, took on the assignment. She really did a great job instilling what I imagined both Keira and Luza to look like. It will be exciting to see what other pictures she comes up with for future books in The Fox and the Girl series.
For your viewing pleasure I included her original designs with her completed work.
With the cover complete, we are getting to the final phase before the release of this new book. Between final edits and proof reading, Luza should be ready to go in early to mid August. My initial goal was to have the book ready for the beginning of fall, but as things have played out, we are getting an earlier release date. That’s the benefit of self publishing. I guess I could wait till September to share the final product but if it is good to go, why not release the story when people are still enjoying summer? I’ll let you know the exact date or it might just be a surprise announcement. For those waiting patiently to read this new book, you don’t have to wait much longer.
