In a little over two weeks Luza and Riley will be available in all major e-book formats. When that day comes I will be doing research on several future projects along the Baltic Sea. My family will tell you it has been a lifelong dream to visit this part of the world. More specifically they will reference Estonia which I have had an interest in since I was 15 or 16 years old. My interest only intensified after getting a response from then President Lennart Meri to an email I sent him my junior year of high school. I still remember my fascination with this beautiful country and their vast history.
I don’t know yet how I can tie The Fox and the Girl series to this part of the world, save for the fact Arctic foxes roam northern Finland. Nevertheless, I believe traveling and seeing other places is great to observe and see new things. In the very least, I look forward to seeing the Baltic Sea again after 17 years away. When I was a rising junior in college I spent some time in Saint Petersburg and Peterhof. While on this trip I won’t be on Russian soil, I am excited and confident that there will be some interesting blogs to share in the coming weeks.
Till next time,
(For those wondering, I will start in Poland then onto Riga, on to Helsinki, down to Tallinn.)
